Agreement to Terms
Welcome to GoodChoices Encinitas Concrete. By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our concrete services in Encinitas, CA and surrounding areas.
Services We Provide
GoodChoices Encinitas Concrete provides professional concrete installation, repair, and restoration services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include but are not limited to driveways, patios, sidewalks, foundations, and decorative concrete work.
All work is performed by trained professionals following industry best practices and local building codes. We reserve the right to refuse service for projects that do not meet safety standards or are beyond our scope of expertise.
Estimates and Pricing
We provide free estimates for all concrete projects. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided and may change based on material costs or project scope adjustments.
Final pricing will be outlined in a written agreement before work begins. Any changes to the project scope during work may result in price adjustments, which will be communicated and approved before proceeding.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before starting work and final payment upon completion. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees. If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to place a lien on the property in accordance with California law.
Project Timeline and Delays
We provide estimated completion dates for all projects. While we make every effort to meet these timelines, delays can occur due to weather, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions.
We will keep you informed of any delays and work diligently to complete your project as quickly as possible without compromising quality. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our work. All concrete installations come with a workmanship warranty as specified in your project agreement. This warranty covers defects in installation but does not cover damage from improper use, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.
To maintain your warranty, you must follow our care and maintenance recommendations. Any modifications or repairs performed by others may void the warranty.
Property Access and Safety
You agree to provide safe access to the work area and ensure that the site is clear of obstacles. You are responsible for securing pets and ensuring children are kept away from the work area for their safety.
We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property during work, but are not responsible for damage to landscaping, sprinkler systems, or underground utilities that are not marked or disclosed.
Cancellation and Changes
If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after work has begun may result in charges for materials purchased and work completed.
Changes to the project scope must be requested in writing and will require a revised agreement and pricing before implementation.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our work. Any claims must be made in writing within the timeframe specified in your project agreement.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the issue directly. If we cannot reach a resolution, disputes will be handled through mediation in San Diego County, California.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal proceedings must be filed in San Diego County.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
